🚀Community Setup
Once your community is created, it's time to set it up to suit your needs. To begin, go to your board page and select the "Manage" option from the three dots menu.
In the board management section, you'll find several key areas to customize your community:
General
Edit Board Details: Here, you can change the name, description, and rules of your board.
Customize Avatar: Adjust your community's avatar to represent your project or brand.
Set Post Types: Specify the types of posts users can publish on your board, whether it's text, images, videos, and more.
Rewards
Manage Reward Pool: In this section, you can monitor the number of tokens available in your board's reward fund. You can also top up this fund from your personal MAIN account balance. For detailed instructions on replenishing the awards fund, refer to our guide.
Daily Reward Allocation: Determine the number of tokens you'd like to distribute daily to active community members. These tokens will be automatically awarded based on user activity within your community. A higher daily reward amount can elevate your board's ranking and attract more engaged participants.
Moderators
Appoint Moderators: In this section, you can add new moderators to your board. Moderators assist in content moderation and can enforce community rules by removing irrelevant content and handling users who repeatedly violate your rules.
Automoderator
Standard Replies: Create up to 10 standard replies that moderators can choose from when deleting posts in your community. These replies are sent to users directly under their removed posts, helping them understand the reasons for post removal and how to avoid similar mistakes in the future.
Daily Post Limit: Set the maximum number of daily posts each community member can publish. We recommend a limit of one post per day. This encourages users to create high-quality content that can garner more positive ratings and, consequently, increase their activity.
Blacklist
View Blocked Users: Access the list of blocked users and check the duration of their blocking. You can also unblock previously blocked users here. Moderators can block users while deleting posts and comments on their boards, preventing them from publishing further content or receiving rewards within your community.
Recent Actions
Monitor Moderator Actions: Stay informed about the latest actions taken by board moderators, such as post and comment deletions, user blocks, notifications, and more.
With these configuration options, you can tailor your community to meet your specific project or business needs effectively.
